Willard worked for me in the Patrol Division, I was his supervisor. We had a super relationship and at times we would jog/run together. Willard was a great person to know and work with. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Barbara, Jason and Bonny,
We were so sadden to hear about Willard. We were so lucky to get to know him and your whole family when we first moved to the neighborhood. Have missed seeing him walk the dogs. You have our love and support.
