I remember Charles from his days in Medicare under BCBSF, now under FCSO. He was always happy and making you laugh. I have thought of him often.

I pray the family finds strenght and comfort in God and in their memories of him.

I was hired by Charlie in 1962 at Blue Cross of Virginia at that time he was building a sale force for marketing that became equal to none then or now. He was my mentor and friend. It was a real joy to be around him. He will be sorely missed by family and friends.

My deepest sympathy to Connie Rex and Cheyl and grandchildren

My grandfather was an amazing person. He inspired me and will be missed be all who knew him. He is looking over all of us now and I know that I will see him again some day. I love you Grand Daddy! Love you favorite (and only) Grand Daughter.
