Nancy L. Hawkins Barnhart Nancy passed away on Nov. 6, 2010, at Community General Hospital. She was born on April 10, 1929, in Bristol Virginia. She is survived by her loving and caring husband, Carl R. Barnhart; two sons, Charles Michael and wife Donna, of West Lawn and Gary Stephen of Lakewood, Colo.; a granddaughter, Kathleen T. Radkowski and husband Joe; and grandson, Carl F. Barnhart. Nancy enjoyed gardening, crafts, camping and working with the Boy Scouts in her earlier years. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2010, at 11 a.m. in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg, PA 17111, with Pastor Jen Williams of Cross Point United Methodist Church, where Nancy was a member since 1957. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens on Londonderry Road, Lower Paxton Twp. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be sent to: The American Heart Association, American Cancer Association; or the American Lung Association.

Dear Chuck and Donna,
We are so sorry for your loss. I always enjoyed the times we were visiting and your parents were there. Your Mom had some great stories and we enjoyed listening to her adventures. Take comfort that she is resting with our Lord now. Our prayers are with you as you say goodbye for now.
