Collie Wade Obituary
He is survived by his wife Clemmie Wade of Northport; his daughters Charlene But-tram (Max) of Sylacauga and Tanya Rogers (Clint) of Bir-mingham; his son Bruce Wade (Tammy) of Lakeview; his sis-ter Pearl Leonard (Joe) and Myra Worrell; his brothers John Wade (Inez) and Robert Wade (Louise); his grandchildren, Laura Mask (James), Jeremy Buttram, Jessica Wade, and Danny Wade; and his great-grandchildren Ashlyn and Kea-ton.
Pallbearers are Ray Braugh-ton, Philip Holley, Danny Wade, Jeremy Buttram, James Mask, and Harry Harless.
Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Summerford and staff, mem-bers of Northridge Baptist Church, nurses and staff of hospice of West Alabama, his friends and neighbors, and the employees of the postal ser-vice.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Hospice of West Alabama. Condolences may be sent at www.tuscaloosamemorial.com.

I am so sorry for the loss of a very sweet person! I fondly remember Jack as a very sweet and pleasant person, one who loved his family dearly. Please know that I pray that his memories will comfort you throughout the ensuing days. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.

I wasn't able to come but wanted to send my condolences. I wanted to let you know also that I had my children read the article about Jack that was in the newspaper about his purple heart, so they would know that he was a hero. My daddy had already told them the story...he was very proud of him and loved him very much.
