While I never had the pleasure of meeting Everett in person, I corresponded with him and kept up with him through a mutual friend, Dave Tracy. Everett was truly one of those who made the "Greatest Generation" exactly what it was. From the son of another former 9th Defense Battalion Marine; each of you have my most sincere condolences on the loss of a great man. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all. Peace and solace to you.

Bick,

A man of great character. When I was a very young US Attorney, he guided me. He was a joy to work with and to learn from. Simply one of the great men of our time. To his family - you have been blessed.
