Dear Tony & Jerry and family,
One of the difficulties we face in there being a whole country between us, is the difficulty of not being able to personally share my sympathies and condolences on the loss of your dear mother. So I send my heartfelt Italian hug and a kiss on the cheek to each of you with this email communication. God give you and your family the strength to deal with this sorrowful loss.
