MATTIE DuPREE  "Jennie"  
On Tuesday, April 17, 2012, beloved wife of the late John C. DuPree left this earth peacefully in her sleep and went to be in the presence of the Lord. She is survived by her devoted children, John Christopher DuPree (Wendy) of Washington, DC and Michele DuPree Johnson of Lanham, MD; three sisters, Lucy Briscoe of Hampton, VA, Constance Lucas of Washington, DC and Marie Mason of Columbia, MD; a brother-in-law, Thomas DuPree of Roanoke, VA; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation, Tuesday, April 24 at 10 a.m., Homegoing to follow, 11 a.m. at New Life Worship Center, 7230 Central Ave., Capitol Heights, MD. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood, MD. Arrangements by JB JENKINS.
