Diane F. Patrick Diane Frances Patrick, 52, of Atkins died Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2010, at her home. Funeral service was held Thursday, Dec. 23, at 8 p.m. at Bradley's Funeral Home in Marion with the Rev. Jonathan Hammond officiating. A graveside service was held Friday, Dec. 24, at 11 a.m. at Rose Lawn Cemetery. She was born in Virginia Beach. She was of the Lutheran faith. She was preceded in death by her father, John Marshall; and a brother, Richard "Dickey" Marshall. Survivors include her husband, Ronald Patrick; mother, Frances Marshall of Rural Retreat; two daughters and a son-in-law, Alyssa Isom and Kenneth of Ivanhoe, and Rosanna Jones of Marion; two stepchildren, John Patrick of Moneta, and Beverly Testerman and husband, Donnie, of Wytheville; mother-in-law, Dollie Patrick; brothers and sisters, John Marshall and wife, Ruth Ann, of Crockett, Carolyn Cox of Johnson City, Tenn., Debbie Willard and husband, Charlie, of Rural Retreat, Peggy Hedrick and husband, Gary, of Rural Retreat, and Judy Atwell and husband, Bo Dean, of Groseclose; five grandchildren, Makatlyn Armstrong, McKenzie Isom, Dakota Eller, Hunter Eller and Ashley Patrick; special friend, Justin Giuley; and several nieces and nephews. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.bradleysfh.com Bradley's Funeral Home in Marion was in charge of the arrangements.
