Joseph Bell. Obituary

YORK Joseph Bell, Jr., 67, entered into rest at 10:19 a.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at York Hospital. He was the loving husband of Dorothy M. (Conley) Bell. The couple celebrated 46 years of marriage on August 17, 2014. Born August 11, 1947 in Houtzdale, Clearfield County, he was a son of the late Joseph and Mary Bell. Joseph had 31 years of service for York International. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Deborah J. McGonigal and husband, Tony of Dover; a son, Dwane J. Bell of Dover; two grandchildren, Kathryn M. and Jacob L. McGonigal; and two brothers-in-law, Dennis Conley and wife, Sharon and Chalfant Conley and wife, Joan, all of Dover. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Joseph's funeral at 11 a.m. and the viewing from 10 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Dover Bethany U.M. Church, 4510 Bull Rd., Dover. Burial will follow in Salem Union Cemetery in Dover. Officiating will be the Rev. Salvatore Buonocore, pastor of Dover Bethany U.M. Church. Emig Funeral Home, Dover, is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Dover Bethany U.M. Church, 4510 Bull Rd., Dover, PA 17315.
