Nell Clark Obituary

Nell F. Clark CHESAPEAKE - Nell F. Clark, 93, of the 500 block of Fernwood Farms Road, departed this life Nov. 16, 2009. Born in Appomattox County, Virginia, she was a homemaker. She was a longtime member of New Mount Olive Baptist Church and a member of the Silver Strands. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas G. Clark. Survivors include her son, Milton W. Ferguson Sr. (Mildred) of Chesapeake; brother, Tom Ferguson (Mary) of Pamplin, Va.; four grandchildren, Robin D. Ferguson, Michele W. Jackson, Milton W. Ferguson Jr. and Keith T. Ferguson (Lisa); seven great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake. Interment will follow at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Viewing will be held Friday from 2 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
