We met Cipe at Pop's funeral. She and Buddy were frequent visitors to Dad and Mom before they passed away. Mom and Cipe shared a love for soap operas. We were blessed to call them family. We will miss her quiet spirit and laughter.

I was lucky enough to get to meet Cipe years ago while I was working in Norfolk and she helping her neighborhood cats. She had such an amazing presence and loved being able to help animals. Cipe was a fighter. Even though she was not well, she never stopped helping animals. I wish we had more people like Cipe in this world. It would be a much better place.

Cipe was a wonderful soul with a heart of gold who did all she could for animals no matter how exhausted and sick she felt. She will forever be remembered and missed by her friends at PETA and by the animals whose welfare and safety she agonized over and fought for, day and night. Our hearts and thoughts are with Buddy and the Ferguson Family. Thank you Cipe, for all you did to make the world a kinder, more compassionate place. You will be sorely missed and forever remembered.

My dad's (James Henry Fatherly III) sister will be missed. Cepe has been on my heart quite often. May our family know the the ever present loving God. May His tender mercies be with us as we treasure our memories and look for our reunion with her in heaven.
