Virginia Smith and my Dad, Lem Eley, worked together years ago at VEPCO, and I worked with her one summer in the kitchen. She was a wonderful lady and a good friend to our family for years. Blessings to her family,

I am truly sorry about Virginia'death.
Everyone should have a Best Friend like her. She was also a wondeful travelling companion to have. I will never forget our two weeks in London. Lou Oatts

To the family of my dearest family friend. I was so very shocked to learn through grapevine of the passing of Virginia known fondly to me as "Puff". She was my friend and second mother and I will miss her very much and loved very much. She made me laugh and tried to teach me to cook. You were blessed to have had her as real family and I was blessed to have had her as part of my family. Becky Oatts
