Ovidio F. Rodriguez, Sr. “Vito”
on May 10, 2018, of Runnemede; formerly of Camden. Age 73.
Beloved husband of Jaqueline (nee Mendez). Devoted father of Francisco J., Ovidio Jr. (Becky), Jack (Jasmine), Hector and Carolina (Joshua). Loving grandfather of Carlos, Damian, Pablo, Isaac, Victor, JJ, Bella, Jolie and Logan. Brother of Orlando, Alberto, Saul and the late Hector, Wilfredo and Domingo. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Vito proudly served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. He served for the state of NJ and the city of Camden for over 30 years.
There will be a viewing on Saturday from 9am to 10am at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE. Funeral service 10am. Interment Harleigh Cemetery, Camden NJ.
Family requests no flowers be sent and donations be made in Vito’s name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
