Ronald Johnson "RJ" Bush suddenly passed away on May 20th at the age of 56 after a long illness. Born in Oakland, California December 29, 1964, he was the son of Ronald Johnson and Anne (Stefanuk) Bush. RJ was truly "one of a kind" and leaves behind family and friends that know they will not meet another soul like him in their lifetime. By profession, RJ was an accomplished engineer having earned numerous engineering and professional degrees and has designed and developed high tech facilities all over the world. On a personal level, RJ was a skilled fly fisherman and expert skier, however, most will remember RJ for his unmatched sense of humor and his singular wit. Part Robin Williams, part John Cleese, everyone who has ever met RJ agrees that he was the funniest, most entertaining person that they have ever met.
RJ attended Heritage High School in Littleton, CO where he was a 3 sport athlete and gave the Valedictorian speech to his class mates upon graduation in 1983. He then attended the University of Colorado where he excelled as a sprinter on the Varsity track team and joined the fraternity Beta Theta Pi where he made friendships that lasted through his life.
RJ is survived by Tina, the mother of his adoring daughter and love of his life Anica, and his parents Ron and Anne (and friends and family that will never forget him).
RJ will be missed by all who knew him and leaves behind a legacy of unique humor and stories that will continue far into the future.
