Anna Lauer Obituary
Reesie was born on March 1, 1932 to the late Thomas Swope and Edna M. Swope nee Lutz in Bethel Twp. She enjoyed helping with the Hinkelfest, crocheted hundreds of hats every year that were donated to people in need and was known for her sugar cookies. Reesie enjoyed traveling with her husband and was a member of the Fredericksburg American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her husband Richard S. Lauer; siblings Mildred Kreiser, H. John Swope; nephew Glenn Kreiser and was survived by their extended families.
Viewing will be on Monday, March 25, 2024 from 10:00-11:00AM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon. Funeral services will follow at 11:00AM.
Burial will be on Monday, March 25, 2024 at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, at 12:30PM.
Memorial donations can be made in Anna's name to St. John's United Church of Christ, 141 W. Main Street, Fredericksburg, PA 17026 or a charity of your choice.
