Betty Clouse

Betty Clouse, 84, Granby, Missouri, entered into rest on Sunday, August 20th, 2023. Betty was born in Neosho, Missouri, on May 8, 1939, to Charles and Jewel (Hastings) Jeff. She was a lifelong area resident. She spent her life on the family farm and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee and watching the birds out of her window. She spent her time with her kids in her last month. Betty was a member of Sweetwater Baptist Church, where she loved attending church and attending gospel concerts. On December 17, 1955, in Neosho, Missouri, Betty and Jack Clouse were united in marriage and he preceded her in death on September 2, 2010. Betty is survived by four children, Barbara Edwards and husband, John of Diamond, Missouri, Doreen Poole and husband, Ted of Granby, Missouri, Leroy Clouse and wife, Robin of Elwood, Nebraska and Rusty Clouse of Granby, Missouri; one sister, Margie Wilson and husband, Dale of Oklahoma; fifteen grandchildren; thirty-three great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Dixie Lewis, a son, Jamie Clouse and a sister, Judy Barker.
