Bobby Caldwell, age 85, of Stambaugh, Kentucky, passed away Monday, July 1, 2024 at home.
Bobby was born April 19, 1939 in Johnson County, Kentucky, the son of the late John Q. Caldwell and Flora Ratliff Caldwell. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Billy Caldwell and four sisters, Shirlene Clark, Barbara Caldwell Dale, Betty Ann Meade, and Molly Carter.
He is survived by a host of loving family and friends who thought of him as Dad, Father, and Grandfather.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 5, 2024 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Jim McKenzie officiating. Burial will follow at Caldwell Family Cemetery, Stambaugh, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 4, 2024 and 9:00 a.m. until time of service Friday, July 5, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.
