BURLINGTON – Bryant Curtis Jones, age 35, a resident of Burlington, formerly of Tyngsboro passed away at home suddenly on Saturday, December 24, 2022.
He was born in Boston on August 22, 1987 and was the son of Glenn and Sharon (Megill) Jones.
After graduating from Tyngsboro High School, he enrolled in Marine Biology Studies at Roger Williams University. During his junior year, he was a part of a select group of students who studied at the Bermuda Institute of Ocean Science. He earned certification in SCUBA and made many deep-water dives to the shipwrecks there. His research project included an intensive study of corals. After graduating in 2009, he started his career in aquatics, fish, and corals. For the last 7 years he ran his own business. He set, serviced, and maintained aquariums, providing them with fish, corals, and essential supplies. He worked tirelessly to provide his clients with the best possible service. He was totally committed to his life's work.
He had a true love of the ocean, nature, and fish. He loved his family dearly, but his Basset puppy Ernie held his heart. They were best friends and inseparable.
He demonstrated compassion to all and always put others ahead of himself.
In addition to his parents, Bryant is survived by his sister, Kristen and her husband Murry; his uncles, Mark Megill and his wife Maria, Ray Megill and his wife Susan Garrett; his three nephews, Murry, Cayden and Jacob; his cousins, Kevin, Heather, and Colin and his wife Christie; as well as many clients and friends.
Bryant was predeceased by his grandparents, Grace and Otis Megill, and Curt and Virginia Jones; and his aunt Nancy Jackson.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, January 5th from 4pm to 7pm at the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Avenue, Dracut, Massachusetts. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Bryant's name to The New England Aquarium by visiting www.neaq.org.

We are so sad to hear of Bryant's passing. I have only the fondest memories of skiing at Sugarloaf, soccer after a rain soaked Memorial Day parade turned white pants pink! May his memory forever be a blessing to all who loved and knew him.
