Carol Jackson Obituary

Carol was born November 29, 1936, in West Deptford, NJ, to the late Maurice and Marian (Richardson) Bruner. She married the love of her life and high school sweetheart, Thomas Howard Jackson, Jr., in June 1955, and they enjoyed 63 beautiful years together, 60 years of which they were married.
Carol was a homemaker who prided herself on caring for her family and her devotion to her husband. She loved gardening, and all handwork, especially sewing and quilting, and was most proud of the garden shop and greenhouse business she owned in Monroeville, NJ. She was a long-time member of the Blackwood Chapter of the Eastern Star and a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Carol was predeceased by her parents, her brother Richard and his twin that died at birth, her husband Tom, and their son, Thomas Howard Jackson, III.
Carol is survived by her daughters Beth Beal (Kevin) and Amy Hunter; grandsons Alexander, Jason, Ryan, and granddaughter Stacey; and great-grandchildren Lyla, Tate, Sabrina, Drew, and Emilia.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 28, 2023, at 10:00 AM at Erial Cemetery, Erial and Jarvis Rds., Erial, NJ.
