Charlotte Christine Roberts Jarvis, 72, of Moultrie, died at Colquitt Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, December 31, 2024.
Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 9, 2025, In the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Hancock officiating. Visitation will be held one hour before the service.
Born on September 1, 1952, in Moultrie, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Vernon Bennett Roberts and Elizabeth Christine Watson Roberts. Charlotte worked at Riverside Manufacturing Co. as a seamstress. She later worked as an Antique dealer, was a Yorkie breeder, and then became a homemaker. Charlotte attended New Covenant Church. More than her talents, Charlotte cherished her family and enjoyed spending time with them.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her adored husband, Terry Jarvis; adopted son, Corey Jarvis; bonus mother (aunt), Lorette Miller; brothers-in-law, Luther Jarvis, Henry Jarvis, and Jimmy Jarvis; and sisters-in-law Sue Jarvis, Linda Gail Jarvis, Shirley Ann Jarvis, and Martha Jane Jarvis.
Mrs. Jarvis is survived by her adopted daughters, Stephanie Williams and Jeff Faison of Moultrie, Mandy Jarvis and Jorge Estrada of Moultrie; adopted grandson, Clay Spicer; cousins, Tom Miller of Virginia, Dick Miller, John Miller, of Idaho; bonus sister(cousin), Linda Pfeiffer of Idaho; nieces and nephews Mark Fender of Norman Park, Teresa Lewis, Marie Martin and Leo Barroso, Lynn and Warren White, Jerry Adams, and Lucio Martin; great nieces and nephews, Ariana Martin, Giovanni Martin, Maria Martin, Gwynnie Wynn, Aaron Davis, Rosemary Davis, Harley Deanna Marsh, Devin Davis, Jon Mitchell Holloway, Andrew Lewis, Joanna Harp, Casey and Dixie White, Jerry Wayne Adams, and Jeffrey Adams; and great-great nieces and nephews, Jocelyn Martin, Isaias Martin, Oralia Martinez, Jared Martinez, Alexander Martin, Alani Cabbagestalk, Gunner Harp, Shanlynn Harp, Gage Harp, Alaina White, Brantley White, Rowdy Adams, Heather Adams, Myrackle Adams; and brother-in-law, Luther Jarvis of Albany, and furbaby, Footloose, who was her companion for many years.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
