Debora attended Reuben McCall Senior High School. She was employed at the Madison Parish Hospital for years.
On May 15, 2023, Debora made it to her final destination, her eternal home in Heaven.
Debora was preceded in death by her parents, Percy L. Claibrone and Easter Luckett; sisters, Carolyn Nash, and Samella Nellom; and brothers, Charles Lockett, Forest Claiborne.
She leaves precious memories: sisters, Savannah Johnson (Felix), Mary Claiborne, and Rachel Whitney; brothers, Jesse Lockett (Helen), Perry LaVelle Washington (Denise), and Tommy Hamson; special cousin, Latasha Garrett; two special friends, Jeanette Douglas and Carolyn Hester; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

To my family, I am so sorry for the loss of Deborah. We were looking forward to Juneteenth and to Celebrate our Ancestors with you!
Now, we will be lighting a candle in memory of you! We are praying for you family, and though we are not there with you, we have each one you in our hearts.
