Donald Alleman, 72, of Cleveland, TN, passed away on November 15, 2024. Donald was a beloved father, brother, and friend, known for his deep passion for ham radio, which he shared with many as a dedicated member of the Cleveland and Bradley County Amateur Radio Club. His love for technology extended to computers, and he was always eager to tinker and learn. In addition to his technical interests, Don enjoyed drawing and fishing, two hobbies that brought him great joy and peace. For many years, Donald worked at Renfro Manufacturing, where he was a valued team member. Above all, Don was a family man who cherished time spent with his son and relatives, always eager to spread happiness and positivity wherever he went. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Verina Alleman, as well as his parents, Donald and Virginia Alleman. He is survived by his son, Donald Robert Lamar Alleman, and his siblings: Donna Yarber, Gloria Alleman, Julie Schauer, Debra Thomas, and Angie Carroll. Donald's passing leaves a hole in the hearts of all who knew him, but his memory will live on in the lives of his family, friends, and fellow ham radio enthusiasts. A service to honor Donald's life will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at 3:00 PM at Companion Funeral Home "Ridge Chapel". Pastor Ken Purdy will officiate. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until the time of the service. Following the service, a burial will take place at Centerpoint Baptist Church Cemetery in Charleston, TN.
