Donald Ray Smith Jr., 57, of Scarbro, West Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at his home. Donald was born on January 25, 1967, in Oak Hill, West Virginia to the late Donald Ray Smith Sr. and Wanda Smith.
Donald was a construction worker at Baker Concrete.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Burns.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Wanda Smith (Richard) of Beckley; his wife, Pamela Smith of Oak Hill; a son, Donald Ray Smith III (Samantha) of Harvey; a daughter, Amanda Tinsley (Billy) of Beckley; grandchildren, Jaxson and Shay Smith of Harvey; brothers, Mike Smith (Wendy) of Prudence, James Smith of Scarbro, and Ricky Samples of Beckley; one niece, Jessica Burns (Johvan) of Fayetteville; a brother-in-law, Bobby Burns of Fayetteville; special friends, The Baker Family: Ron Don, Olivia, Ricky, Vanbuskirt, Antonia, Jose C, Jose N, Zach, Federico, Chris, Nate, and the Papa, Bobby "Pelon" Burns; and numerous other family and friends.

Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at High Lawn Funeral Home in Oak Hill, West Virginia, with Bobby Burns officiating. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens in Oak Hill, West Virginia.
Friends may call on the family from 12:00 PM, Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at High Lawn Funeral Home.
