Dorrie was the SILLY WIFE of Steve Van Buren, loving mother of Patrick LoParo (deceased) and Niko Van Buren (Kenzie), and blessed grandmother of Garrett. Adored by her sweet fur baby princess Frannie. Daughter of Charles and Rita Thorne (both deceased) and step-daughter of Shirley Thorne. DEVOTED and NOT SO FRUGAL SISTER to: Cindy Austin (Kyle), Sheila Thorne (deceased), Debbie Bruner (Joey), Renee Thorne (deceased), Dawn Kaiser, Michelle Johnson (Tom), and step-sister to Jodie Phillips (Reggie), Pam Hornbeck (Sahler), and Sandy Dallas. Sister-in-law to Vivian McLaughlin (John, deceased), David Van Buren (Jennifer), and Jesse Van Buren (Kathy); THE FUN AUNT to Blake (Lauren), Danielle (Amanda), Taylor, Madison (Caleb), Dristine (Steve), Derston (Anna), Justin, Jordan, Marissa, Samantha, CJ, John, David, Alyssa, and Bradley ; and great-aunt to Harrison, Grayson, Zaine, Vivian, Nolan, Declan, Knox, Maddox, Bella, Ella, Jack, Amelia, Louise, Gracelynn, and Lila. Dorrie's heart was blessed with the love of so many cousins and friends. CELEBRATION OF LIFE SERVICE TUESDAY APRIL 11th in the McGORRAY-HANNA FUNERAL HOME of WESTLAKE, 25620 CENTER RIDGE RD. AT 12 NOON. VISITATION IN THE FUNERAL HOME TUESDAY MORNING FROM 10:30 AM UNTIL TIME OF SERVICE. Memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society.
