Edward H. Curnow, Sr. affectionately known as "Buster" went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 29, 2022.
Ed will lovingly be remembered by his wife of 42 years, Denise Curnow, and his children Edward H. Curnow Jr., and Michelle (Kerry) Byars. He was a proud Grandfather to Christian DeBruyn, Stephanie Curnow and Reagan Byars. Ed was preceded in death by his parents Thomas Curnow, Sr., and Leona Curnow. He was the youngest sibling to the Late Thomas Curnow, Jr. and Sandra (Albert Sr.) Sorentino.
He leaves a huge void in the hearts of his family and friends who were always entertained by his stories and sense of humor. While he was able, Ed lived life to the fullest. He was happiest when out boating on Lake St. Clair. He enjoyed many other activities throughout his life such as, camping, golfing, photography, and shooting sports. But, most of all he enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So He put his arms around you and whispered, "Come to me". A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.
Visitation 2:00 – 7:00 p.m., Thursday, June 2, 2022 at Wasik Funeral Home, Gendernalik Chapel, 35259 23 Mile Road, New Baltimore. Visitation 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service, Friday, June 3, 2022 in the funeral home.
