ELOISE PETERSON COLES
SUNRISE: DECEMBER 7, 1943
CEREMONY 11:0 0 AM - 12:00PM
Our beloved mother and sister lost her short battle with lymphoma. Eloise passed away Sunday, March 13, 2022 at 4:48 a.m. Eloise grew up in Braddock, PA., and graduated from Braddock High School in 1959. She married Darnell Coles, and they had a family. She then began her 34-year career in the health care field with St. Francis hospital and retired from Highland Park Care Center. Eloise was the daughter of the late Virgil and Ella Peterson. She is survived by her children, Darnell (Evelyn) Coles, Shawna (Beatrice) Coles, Darren Coles, Shawna (Oliver) Channer and Marc Pryor; Special Friend, Wendell Holmes; 12 grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Eloise comes from a great family and was the cornerstone of her family. So, this is a great loss. She was a lover of cats and dogs. She loved to crochet, read novels, go shopping, take various trips, and play bingo. Eloise will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her family and friends. Sometimes it's hard to understand why certain things must be, but there is a reason for it all, beyond our power to see. May it comfort us a bit to know that the one we love has found eternal happiness and lasting peace above.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
THE FAMILY MEMBERS WISH TO EXPRESS THEIR SINCERE APPRECIATION FOR THE SYMPATHY, COMFORTING WORDS, PRAYERS AND ALL EXPRESSIONS OF KINDNESS AND CONCERN.
