Eloise E. Squire

Eloise E. Squire, age 95, of Litchfield, Ohio, passed away on January 19, 2023. She was born to the late Wilford and Grace (nee Breyley) Browand on May 1, 1927, in Litchfield. Eloise was very active and devout member of Litchfield United Church of Christ for many years. She loved to golf and travel.
Eloise is survived by her sons, Terry (Dena) Squire, Glenn (Carolyn) Squire, daughter Elaine Myers; her son-in-law, Clyde Calvert; daughter-in-law, Pam Squire; her grandchildren, Aimee (Todd), Aaron (Summer), Chellie (Sean), Jennifer (Brian), Jeff, Logan, Brandy, Eric (Jennifer), Brandon (Melanie), and Jake (Christina); 16 great grandchildren; and her siblings, Wilbur Browand and LaVerne Browand; and a lifetime of collected friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Bernard Squire in 1988; her parents; her daughter, Linda Calvert; son, Bernie Squire; her son-in-law, John Myers; and her siblings, Laddie Browand, Alan Browand, Miriam Brasse, and Lenore Browand.
The family would like to thank the staff at Hospice of the Western Reserve for the care and compassion they extended to Eloise and her family.
Memorial visitation will be from 11:00 am-1:00 pm, Thursday, January 26, 2023 at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., followed by the funeral service at 1:00 pm. Rev. Mark Hartshorn will officiate. A private family burial will be held at Litchfield Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with her husband Bernard.
