James Richard Hayes, known as as "Rick" to his friends and family, age 70, passed away suddenly on Wednesday January 26th.
In heaven Rick reunites with his late wife, best friend, and love of his life, Sam Hayes. Along with other loved ones including parents, Bill and Aleen Hayes.
Rick was raised along with his brother Bob Hayes in Crane Missouri where he enjoyed various activities in his youth including basketball, baseball, and adventuring with his dogs.
Rick would agree his life's purpose was realized when he met his true love, Sam. They were married May 9th 1982 and soon after began raising a family in Ridgedale Missouri. They were amazing parents to their sons Kendall and Andy Hayes.
Rick was known as a kind, selfless, fun loving man that would help anyone, anywhere, anytime.
Rick is survived by his first son: Kendall Hayes and wife Amanda; second son: Andy Hayes; Grandchildren: Carter and Alissa Hayes; brother Bob Hayes and wife Mary.

A Memorial visitation will be held at Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson on Monday, January 31, 2022 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.

Thank you to everyone whom attended. This man had a lot more effect on this world than he realized. I am truly saddened to not only loose my father but also my best friend.

I was very sad to hear my dear cousin had passed. We can all find comfort knowing he is now reunited with his beloved Sam.
