He is survived by his daughters Jane (Tim) Steffensen of Wadsworth, OH; Audrey (Paul) Ansell of Charleston, SC; and Greta (Kevin) West of Ashburn, VA. John has 8 grandchildren [Daniel (Elizabeth), Jeremy (Susan), Betsy (Brian Kuhn) Butti; Victoria, Juila Ansell; Alexander (Rachel), Abigail, and Anna West] and 3 great grandchildren [Fayth Butti, Thalia and Thomas Kuhn].
A celebration of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, October 21st at 9:30 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 260 Broad Street, Wadsworth. A breakfast will be served in the Sacred Heart Church Hall immediately following internment at Woodlawn Cemetery.
It was John's wishes that in lieu of flowers you please make a donation to the St. Vincent de Paul Society at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Wadsworth, Ohio in John's name. To view Live Stream please view:
