Juan M. Forniel, 34, of Allentown, PA passed away March 11, 2023 at St. Lukes University Hospital-17th St. Campus. Born on May 6, 1988 in Newark, New Jersey he was the son of Lazaro Hurtado and Regina Forniel. He was the husband of Lissette Rolon.
Visitation will take place on Saturday March 18, 2023 from 9:30AM-1:30PM in Judd-Beville Funeral Home 1314 Hamilton St. Allentown, PA 18102. Please do not arrive prior to 9:30AM. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery 2010 W. Chew St. Allentown, PA 18104.
