2023 in Plano, TX. Kym was born December 29, 1954 in Hagerstown, MD
to Wheeler Carroll and Betty (Smith) Ford. She married Raul Diaz in
Richmond, VA on June 21, 1980.
Kym is survived by her son, Jordan Diaz and wife Jennifer of Frisco, TX;
two daughters, Rachel Diaz of Aubrey, TX and Lindsay Diaz of Easton,
MD; brother, Keith Ford and wife Tammy of Greencastle, PA; and two
sisters, Robin Creek of Hagerstown, MD and Karen West of Bunker Hill,
WV.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raul; and parents, Wheeler and
Betty.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00PM, Saturday, January 13, 2024 at Slay Memorial Chapel in Aubrey, TX.

Arrangements are under the direction of Terri Slay and Slay Memorial
Funeral Center.
