The first day I arrived at Langley AFB Hospital. She took my family under her wings and she remained my second mommy for over 40 years.

I am saddened to learn of the passing of Mrs. Jones. I will keep her family and friends in my thoughts and prayers. I worked with Mrs. Jones while assigned to the laboratory at Langley Air Force Base. She was always very positive and upbeat regardless of how hectic or challenging the situation. This provided an excellent example for the young military members with whom she worked and mentored. Mrs. Jones' smile and laughter were a ray of sunshine which blessed us all. I will always cherish her memory, and will try to emulate her example of friendliness, faith and optimism. Rest in Peace Mrs. Jones. -- Alvis Hester
