She was a member at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Arcadia, Florida. Lula had a huge talent for cooking and enjoyed making meals for her family and friends. Her favorite daily reading was her Bible, congregation literature and she also enjoyed letter writing. She strived to live her life from its teachings. She will be remembered as easy-going and the sweetest sister, who loved her family and friends. Lula also loved to dance and laugh.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters - Bertha Sanders and Betty Blandin. Brothers - Roosevelt Diggs, Frank Rembert II, Frank Rembert III and two granddaughters.
She is survived by her children William R. Wilder, Donald R. Wilder, and Sharon D. Wilder. Siblings - Ethel Mayfield, Deloris Blanding, Mary Wilder, Earl Rembert, Joanne Rembert, Johnny Rembert. One brother-n-law, one sister-n-law, two daughters-in-law and one son-in-law. Three grandchildren and four great grandchildren, as well as a host of cousins, nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday July 15, 2023, at Ponger-Kays-Grady Funeral Home, 50 N. Hillsborough Ave, Arcadia from 11:00am until 1:00pm.
A Celebration of Lula's life will be held Saturday, July 15, 2023, at 2:00pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 1605 E Maple St, Arcadia, FL, 34266.
