Nancy and Brenda,
I just learned of your mother's passing. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I know that she is at peace now.
I will always cherish the memories of spending the night at your home when we were children and the wonderful way your Mom always treated me.

Like Kathy Ray, I too worked for Mrs. Hanners. She and Buel were very special people! I lost my mother to Alz several years ago and fully understand the cruelty of the disease. May she rest in peace! Lisa Stangle

To the Hanners family: You folks have been blessed to call Margaret mom, sister, aunt, grandmother, or whatever capacity she filled in your life. She was precious to me. As a classmate in highschool I came to love her. Until her disease took from her that wonderful personality, she was tops. I will remember her as that gal that was so much fun. My prayers are with you all.

My deepest sympathy to the Hanners family. Before she retired, Mrs. Hanners was the Base Operations Division Chief in the Procurement Directorate at Redstone where I work. She could always be counted on for delicious chocolate chip cookies for special events. I am also reminded of a special Saturday that she and Mr. Hanners hosted the entire Division at their cabin on Smith Lake. She was not only a professional but a very thoughtful person, remembered often.
