Mark Andrews Obituary
We are heartbroken to share the news of Mark Stephen Andrews' passing. Mark was born on April 17, 1961, to James and Sara Andrews in Lufkin, Texas. Growing up, he was always by his dad's side, helping to build their family home. It was something he was really proud of.
Mark was an incredible husband to Ann, whom he married on August 9th, 2002, and they spent 21 beautiful years together. He was an amazing dad, a loving pop-pop, and a friend to everyone he met. Mark's world revolved around his family, especially his granddaughter Addison, who was his absolute joy.
For 30 years, Mark was the go-to maintenance guy at Flanders Electric. He was loved and respected by all his colleagues for his hard work and dedication.
Mark was happiest when he was outdoors, hunting, or just spending quality time with his family. He was always eager and ready to help those around him, no questions asked. Those moments meant the world to him.
He leaves behind a loving family - his wife Ann; daughter Alayna; daughters Hope and Tiffany, son Noah, his precious grandkids Enoch, Annalyse, Addison, mom Sara; brother Mike; sister Patresse; brother-in-law Ron; niece Kelly; and nephew Jack. He is preceded in death by his father, James.
We'll be gathering to celebrate Mark's life on Saturday February 3, 2024 at First Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall in Lufkin Texas from 1pm-3pm. For those who wish to honor Mark's memory and contribute, the family kindly asks in lieu of flowers, that instead a donation be made towards the funeral expenses
