Patricia M. Lyon

Patricia (Kelly) Snow Lyon, 66, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 30th, 2022, after a lifetime of struggling with her health. Born in Pittsfield, MA, her family eventually settled in Liverpool, NY, where she graduated from Liverpool High School, class of 1974. She found a career in data processing, which led her to UPS in customer relations until she retired in the early 2000s.
Patti valued time spent with family, and made a point to live close to her siblings to ensure quality time spent and that their children were raised together. She insisted on living life on her own terms: those that knew Patti knew that she loved her three children above all else, was a fierce defender of those that she loved, and was a loving and devoted cat mom to many felines over the years. She is predeceased by her father, Donald Kelly, her first husband, James Snow, two brothers-in-law, Bruce Fritzen and Kenneth Tarbell, and her lifelong friend, Beverly Seniecle.
She is survived by her husband, William Lyon, her three sons, Joshua (Michelle Gilbert) Snow, Brandon Snow, and Cody Lyon, her two grandchildren, Amaya Snow and Matthew Snow, her mother, Venita Kelly, her siblings, Deborah Tarbell, Daniel (Gretchen) Kelly, Catherine (John) Cashier, Diana (John) Santaferra, Colleen Boardman, Lisa Myers, her lifelong friend Terri Lyon, as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held by her nearest and dearest at the Butterfly Garden of Hope, 6751 Onondaga Lake Pkwy, Liverpool, NY 13088, on Friday, July 7, 2023 at 2:00 pm.
