She was born July 25, 1945 in Umpire, Arkansas. She was a homemaker. She was a Christian. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed watching sports, being outdoors and had a passion for hunting arrowheads. She admired her pets and watching wildlife.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Boyd "Mac" McLaughlin; her parents, Vera and Hubert Baker.
She is survived by one daughter, Kim Garrison of Wickes; one son, Jeff McLauglin and Annetta of Wickes; one sister, Jone Roe of Louisiana; three grandchildren, Lakyn Cowart, Andrea Garrison and Josette McLaughlin; great grandchildren, Dakota and Chianna, Lexie, Jariah, Zayn, Riley and Bentley.
Funeral services for Mrs. McLaughlin will be held 1:00 p.m., Monday, January 8, 2024 at Church of the Nazarene in Wickes with Don Youngblood officiating. Burial will follow at Duckett Cemetery in Wickes under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home.
