Rick was a "Regular" at Ted's City View Inn in Cahokia and had many friends there, He was a former member of the Centreville Men's Club and enjoyed going fishing when he was able.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Cook and Norma, nee Stacy, Clements and two sisters, Phyllis Wilkerson and Janet Brooks.
Surviving are a niece, Vickie (Lawrence) Schaefer; a nephew, Scott May; and several
great nieces and nephews. He was also a dear cousin, and friend.

Braun Colonial Funeral Home, Cahokia, Illinois was entrusted with the care of Richard Cook.
