Richie had a passion for football and was actively involved in playing for both Dalton High School and Lenoir Rhyne College.
Richie loved golf, fishing and the beach. He was outgoing, friendly, and intensely loyal to family and friends. He will be missed.
He is survived by his daughter, Carly Perrine; his brothers, Robert Mallard, Scott Burchfield, Craig Burchfield, and Matt Burchfield; his sisters, Dawn Shirley and Jackie Berrong.
Arrangements have been entrusted to independently owned and operated Dalton Funeral Home, 620 S. Glenwood Ave. Dalton, GA 30721; 706-529-5371.
