Richard P. Vigna

It is with profound sadness and a heavy heart to share the news of the passing of Richard P. Vigna. Richard, 74, passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2022. A lifelong resident of Lyndhurst, Richard was born on February 16, 1948 and graduated from Lyndhurst High School in 1966. Richard worked for over thirty years as a warehouse supervisor at US. Foods and was a proud member of Teamster Local Union No. 560. He is predeceased by his beloved wife of 34 years, Marlene Vigna (nee Greco, 2007), his mother Theresa Vigna (nee Bonelli) and his father Joseph Vigna. He is survived by his cherished daughters Lisa Anne and Dana Marie Vigna, both of Lyndhurst, and his brothers Bernard and Raymond. Richard dedicated his life to his children, and always said that they were his greatest accomplishment in life.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend the visitation at Nazare Memorial Home, 403 Ridge Road, Lyndhurst, NJ on Thursday, February 24, 2022 from 6 - 8 PM. All will gather at the funeral home on Friday, February 25 at 9 AM where a funeral service will begin at 10 AM. Interment, St. Joseph's Cemetery, Lyndhurst, NJ.
