Mr. Ronald “Ronnie” Young age 54, of Boaz, Alabama, died on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, in Boaz.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 9, 2025, at Two o’clock pm in the McRae Chapel with Bro. Jimmy Allison and Bro. Jacob Young officiating and Eulogy by Riley Young. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery. A visitation will be on Saturday evening, February 8, 2025, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
Mr. Young was born in Kentucky on April 24, 1970. He worked for Parker Hannifin, was a proud veteran of the Army National Guard and was Pastor of Pineview FCM Church.
Mr. Young is survived by his wife: Jennifer Allison Young of Boaz, Sons: Riley & Celsey Young of Boaz and Jacob & Laura Young of Boaz, Grandchildren: Greyson Young, David Young, and Samuel Young, Brothers: William & Constanze Young, Edward & Doris Young, Robert & Shanin Young, Wes & Kim Staley, and Kenneth & Amanda Staley, Step-father: William & Jeanette Staley, Step-mother: Lorraine Young, Parents-in-Law: Jimmy & Pam Allison and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Mother: Mary Alice Staley and Father: Edward Young.
The pallbearers will be Riley Young, Jacob Young, James Broxton, Michael Fanchier, John-Dalton Miller, and Trevor Miller. Honorary Pallbearers will be William Young, Edward Young, Robert Young, Wes Staley, Kenneth Staley, Greyson Young, David Young, Samuel Young, and Logan Miller.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to FCM Missions Board, P.O. Box 951, Arab, AL 35016.
