My name is Walt Miller. I met Ross in Bend, OR in 1985. He worked with me in the U. S. Forest Service as a Land Surveyor, until he Transferred to Clearwater, ID. He was a dear friend of mine and Family. I tried to call him yesterday and left a message on his phone. I got no response, so I texted him this morning. I got no reply, and figured something was wrong. I searched his name in Michigan and found his obituary. I am truly shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. Our family sends condolences to any and all of his family. He was truly great friend and we shared many good times in our work together and personally as well.
He will be missed by us

I went to Newaygo high with Ross for 4 years! We graduated in 1967. Great guy. Fun times. Have kept in touch recently. Too all family and friends, my condolences

I was so saddened to hear of Ross' passing. We just saw him before his surgery. He was a great guy and always willing to lend a hand. He will be missed.
