Thomas Owen has left behind to cherish his memory: wife of 25 years, Claudine (Garland) Owen; father: Ron Owen and wife, Trish; mother, Cheryl (Moore) Swanson and husband, Bill; son, Derek Owen and wife, Erika; daughter, Holly Balderas and husband, David; grandchildren: London Owen, Danny Lynn Balderas, and Tristyn Balderas; sisters, Randa Lovell, Destiny Huntley, Carrie Owen, and Brittany Atchley and husband, Lance; brothers, Ronnie Owen, and Michael Owen and wife, Janell; several aunts and cousins; and 12 nieces and nephews.
