Graveside service will be held Saturday, August 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Lorenzo Harrison Memorial Gardens, 802 S. Race St., Selma, AL.
Mr. Tommy Simpson was born on December 23, 1946, to the parentage of Henry and Ola Mae Simpson in Historic Selma, AL. Being raised in a Christian home, Tommy accepted Christ as his personal savior at an early age and continued to serve God. On Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
Tommy transitioned to his eternal home, at Summit Ridge Nursing Home, West Orange, NJ., as he answered the Lord's call. Leaving to cherish his sweet spirit and loving memories siblings, Bama Mae Mitchell, Ola Simpson, Zelma Simpson, Felisha (John) Jackson, Ann Berry, all of Selma, AL., Bernice Brown of Brant, AL., Willie (Doretha) Simpson, Lawrenceville, GA., Earl (Gwen) Simpson, Birmingham, AL., James (Timecia) Simpson, and Levi (Janette) Simpson, Selma, AL., John (Kryatale) Simpson San Antonio, TX., aunt Hattie Cherry, AL., a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many sorrowful friends.
