Bill is survived by his loving wife, Melba Carrier Stieglitz; children, Justin Michael Stieglitz, Jonathan Kier Stieglitz, Noel Christopher Stieglitz, Laura Elizabeth Stieglitz Christesen, and Colin Adam Stieglitz; 9 grandchildren; stepson, Tim Allen and family; sister, Deborah Stieglitz Shell; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Bill's Life will be held at a later date. An on-line guest book is available at www.harrymckneely.com.

My condolences to the Stieglitz family. I worked with Bill at BellSouth. Bill was a wonderful co-worker and a fine example of a man. I enjoyed working with him.

I´m very sorry to hear of Bills´ passing. I worked with him for several years and knew him for over 30 years. He was a fine person, a good engineer and very devoted to his family.
