Grace provided a lot of laughs, especially when teamed up with Brian. She was boisterous, teasing, never a delicate flower. I hope the Almighty is prepared to meet HER demands in heaven! The world is a poorer place without her energy.

My sincere condolences to Grace's family. Although I now have one less cousin here on earth, it is reassuring to know that I have one more cousin who has joined her heavenly family. Take comfort in knowing that there is no death---only a transition. Grace is home now.

The first word to come to mind when I think of Grace Lehan is "pistol".
Brian's mom wasn't someone you'd soon forget, even if you had only encountered her once.
I was lucky to have had many, many encounters.
My love to Brian and condolences to the whole family.
Tessie, Liz and I will be thinking of you over the coming days and weeks.

Grace Lehan was the vibrant, colorful, caring Mom of one of my best friends, Brian. She was the only Mom in town who ribbed me and cackled - and delighted in my equally disrespectful replies.
My condolences to the entire Lehan/Coelho clan. We will all miss her and I am sure she will continue to watch us and chuckle.
Much love to you Brian,
Liz

More than anything else in our lives, death forces us to face our beliefs about life. In the Magic Mountain, Thomas Mann said "The only religious way to think of death is as part and parcel of life; to regard it, with the understanding and the emotions, as the inviolable condition of life." Even so the loss of a close person alters us in difficult ways that no philosophy can quite compensate for.
My condolences to the entire family.

All my love, Brian. I'm sorry I can't be with you and your family during this tough time. My family and I will add you to our prayers as we ourselves regroup this weekend. Hang in there and I'll see you soon.
