Dearest Diane, Kelly and Jeff:
The loss of a loved one is never without sadness and regret for the things we so wanted to say, but it is also about memories that will touch our hearts forever, smiles that come whenever we recall a look and joy for having been graced with their presence in our lives. Your husband and father was a driven professional and family man. He adored you and let us all know that! I keep trying to imagine the angel who gets charged with "showing him the ropes"!! My deepest condolences for your loss. The last time I saw you all was at Kelly's wedding a particularly joyous event for Gary! My prayers are with you all. God Bless. Barb Z Fischer

Diane, Jeff, Kelly:
I often paused to think about Gary especially on July 22 a birth date we shared and when I worked with Gary would set a golf date to celebrate.

Your family will be in Denise and my prayers. We did fight hard, whether in sports or at work but at the end of the day we were joint travelers here trying to work out our place and faith.

Dear Lundbergs,

As a long-time participant in the John Scott golf tourney, I've had the had the pleasure of hanging out with Gary each July for a few days. It was always a great time and Gary was always there with his energy and drive to help us make the most of the time we were spending together as buddies. His spirit and zest for life made the outing that much more fun. We will all miss him greatly.

evn so the time has passed for one of us, a fine Irishman has departed this world. The good Lord saw fit to reach through the mist and pluck Gary from our midst. Ah the Glory promised on the beckoned path that our fine lad walks on, further up and further in, right to the Creator's side! Nah Gary didn't walk the path he danced and reached out to pull others in! May we find, within the strength of our memories, the clarity to emulate the best of the man. This is not a requiem or dirge, rather it is an engagement of LIFE! May we turn and celebrate, take joy in the greeting, and love as much in LIVING! Live, Love and sing your hearts song for there is nothing more important than this; acting on and with the transformative grace and Creative power! Gary is this now more than ever. I wonder what the next conversation would be: "Hey there Michael me boy...greetings Gary me lad...faith and begora you've moved on...tidy up the place for us for we all will be together soon! Make sure the ballroom is large enough for all of us!" Amen brother!

Dear Diane, Kelly and Jeff,
Gary has meant much through the years of our shared experiences whether parenting, soccer, golf, co-teaching Sunday school, and being fellow fans of EPHS football. His ready smile, friendly enthusiastic words and conversation are wonderful memories which I cherish as do countless others who were Blessed by his company. Memories don't pass with a death, but become more vivid with time. His many friends will carry a special part of him with us each day. Thank you for sharing him so lovingly. John Nord, Eden Prairie

Diane, Jeff and Kelly,

Words cannot express our sadness as I heard the news yesterday of Gary's sudden death. We mourn the loss of a wonderful mentor to many youngsters in the Eden Prairie Community and beyond. He was such an incredible influence to Jonathan 'Rocket' on the EP Kicks Soccer team. We remember those years fondly and will never forget his influence on these young boys as they moved into adulthood. He has left a lasting memory for years to come. Our love and prayers as you struggle through this difficult time.
