My deepest sympathy goes out to the Family and Friends of Brother Kearns. As a fellow officer and veteran who knew Ed, I feel the sadness of your loss. He was a Good Officer who had served his department, community, and his country well. Ed will be sorely missed by all. May God the Father, grant his family and friends the strength to get thru this trying time. And, may our Brother Ed., Rest In God's loving Peace. Farewell my Brother.
With Sincere Respect;
Ofc Elmer Falcione (Ret)
