Detective Tommie Felix died on Tuesday, May 20, 2008. He was born in Waterproof St. Joe, LA on November 17, 1964 to the late Mary Felix. He was adopted by the late Nobel and Noel Brown, and later adopted by the late Fernand Gandolfo. He is survived by his beloved wife Elise Felix; two sons, Tony and Tyler Felix; two step sons, Raymond Lewis, Jr. and Rayon Palmer; his adopted mother, Susann Gandolfo and two sisters, Juanita Felix and Verna Fields. Tommie was raised in New Orleans. He was a graduate of Spectrum (McMain) High School and attended Xavier University and Berkley University in Los Angeles, CA. He joined the New Orleans Police Department in 1991 until his demise. He was a member of the Police Association of New Orleans (PANO) and the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP).

Tommie (Tiny) I never thought in 1 million years I will be writing this but it's been 13 years since your passing you were a dear friend I remember the cop stores and I remember all of the football games we had annunciation park with the whole crew but times of changed you are truly missed.
