Noah Burris Obituary
He died March 31 in a one-car accident in Jerilderie, Australia.
Burris and three others were traveling to a blues festival on their four-day Easter holiday. Burris was a passenger in the car, which police said rolled over. The driver, an Australian, was critically injured. Two others in the back seat were unhurt.
Burris was participating in a study-abroad program at Monash University in Clayton, Victoria, Australia, near Melbourne.
He attended Simon's Rock College in Great Barrington, Mass. A gifted student with an interest in philosophy and religion, he was an early entrant at Simon's Rock, entering after his junior year at Brebeuf.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Noah White Burris Scholarship Fund, Simon's Rock College, 84 Alford Road, Great Barrington, Mass. 01230.
Survivors include his parents, the Rev. Jeffrey C. and Nancy Sternberger Burris; brother Ethan R. Burris; grandmother Diane H. Burris; grandfather, Robert S. Sternberger.

Hello, Today I noticed the plaque at Holcomb Gardens, in honor of Noah. Lovely quote. He is in my thoughts today. I was taking photos of the beautiful blossoms on his tree. Very touched. Al my love, friendly neighbor and BJPS Alum class of 2010. -Molly
